Our current servicing area is a 10 mile radius from our location in Nine Mile Falls, Washington. possible exceptions may be made with a.65/per mile charge to Anything outside our regular service area.

We are a cloud based business, and use the industries leading pet software, time to pet..
Prior to the Meet & Greet, you will be sent an email with how to log in to your client portal. Please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully and then fill out all applicable information before hand; as this will make it easier/quicker for us to go over. 

Please plan for about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many pets you have and the level of detail for their care.

Please note: Any meetings requested after the initial Meet & Greet a fee will be charged.
